Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Lead interior design efforts from concept through completion for multifamily and high-rise residential projects.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and consultants to deliver innovative, functional, and beautiful spaces.
• Prepare design presentations, construction documents, and specifications.
• Stay current with trends in urban living and sustainable design.

What We’re Looking For

• NCIDQ Certification (required).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design, focusing on urban living, high-rise, or multifamily residential projects.
• Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• A collaborative spirit and a passion for design excellence.
