• 2+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation (general liability, premises liability, auto, or related areas)
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, and mediation
• Ability to manage an active caseload and meet deadlines efficiently
• Member of the Bar in good standing

What You'll Do

• Handle cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation
• Draft motions, discovery responses, and reports to insurance carriers
• Conduct and defend depositions, attend hearings, and participate in mediations
• Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and co-counsel regarding case strategy and progress
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective representation
