responsibilities:

PLC troubleshooting
Execute and improve plant safety and environmental programs.
Provide operational support to meet line waste, uptime, and run rate goals.
Serve as the technical expert on equipment processes and electrical components.
Identify and troubleshoot process issues with shift technicians and operation leads.
Support line operation and quality tests as needed.
Communicate work status, troubleshooting steps, and follow-up tasks effectively.
Perform and prioritize planned work and maintenance tasks.
Identify and withdraw necessary parts for electrical maintenance and repairs.
Conduct electrical repairs and improve related documentation.
Install, configure, and calibrate instruments and devices.
Test equipment for safety and efficiency.
Program new or modify existing plant equipment.
Train plant personnel on new systems and update safety procedures.
Operate shop equipment for installation and programming.
Utilize technical tools for troubleshooting and work completion.
Install and maintain electrical conduit and wiring.
Collaborate on continuous improvement of plant equipment and processes.
Complete ongoing training to improve skills.
Participate in plant housekeeping and 5S programs.
Ensure safety for oneself and peers while on the production floor.
Work in varied environments, including office and production floor, with necessary PPE.
