As an Installation Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by acting as a customer support expert. You will assist customers and Install Field teams to ensure smooth operations from start to finish.
Position Overview: This position involves managing job flow based on business needs, monitoring job statuses for various product lines, scheduling pre-installation inspections, and ensuring efficient services management within the branch. As the main point of contact for customers, you will guide them through their installation journey, ensuring all their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience (35%): Establish ongoing communication with customers throughout the installation process, ensuring prompt follow-ups and resolution of queries to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Job Process Support (25%): Collaborate with internal and external teams, including Sales and Installation, to address job inquiries and manage customer escalations for seamless operations.
- Operations (40%): Efficiently manage open jobs, review paperwork for accuracy, process payments, schedule inspections, handle material orders, and address service tickets, while ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
Reporting Structure: This position reports to the District Installation Manager and does not have direct reports.
Travel Requirements: Occasional overnight travel of less than 10% may be required.
Physical Requirements: Primarily seated work with frequent opportunities for movement; occasional light lifting may be necessary.
Working Conditions: Primarily in a comfortable indoor environment with infrequent minor discomforts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least eighteen years old.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in home improvement or construction industry is beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills with a sense of urgency and problem-solving ability.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
Skills:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain accurate records.
Compensation: For residents in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Nevada, New York City, Ithaca (NY), Westchester County (NY), and Washington, the pay range for this position is between $21 - $25.
