Our client, a leader in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking an Inspector 1, Quality Control to join their team. As a Inspector 1, Quality Control, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the production and inspection teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Zelienople, PA

Pay Range: $17/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and visual inspections on in-process products and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Review documentation and process travelers for accuracy and completeness, ensuring proper final release of products.
• Identify in-process defects, answer quality-related questions, and review quality issues on the production floor.
• Conduct or assist with internal audits and investigations of non-conforming materials.
• Support ongoing quality projects and coordinate with other departments to prioritize inspections and record reviews.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree or professional certification preferred.
• At least one year of experience performing electro-mechanical inspections in an FDA or ISO regulated environment.
• Basic familiarity with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of mechanical and physical inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges.
• Ability to perform testing procedures and basic statistical analysis related to sampling.
