Inpatient Pharmacist

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be licensed as a pharmacist in good standing in the State of Illinois
• Graduation from a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education or equivalent
• 2+ years of recent full time experience in a hospital pharmacy setting
• A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Previous experience with computerized physician order entry (CPOE) including basic knowledge and maintenance, PC-based word processing and Pyxis applications

Position: Inpatient Pharmacist Location: Chicago, IL Pay Rate (Local): $65 Schedule Options:

• 1pm-9pm and 4pm-12am

Weekend Requirements:

• Every other

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to attend mandatory orientation at Chicago minimum wage.
