Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate should be organized disciplined and have strong communication skills Clone some observability tools change network IP and host name

• Validate the data in the tool to be pertinent to the client and that hosts report to the observability tool at the right new host name IP address

• Troubleshoot potential issues after cloning or building new system and installation of tools

• Identify gaps in metrics dashboard and work with infra and app team to remediate

• Work with infrastructure and application team on the proper metrics alerts dashboards for the specific infra and app

• Update AD group to have the appropriate users for access to Observability tools such as Splunk AppDynamics Grafana

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of work experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience with hands on installation, configuration of Observability Tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Pager Duty, etc.)

• Minimum 4 years of experience troubleshooting skills to determine if issue using app is related to network, app, or configuration

• Minimum 5 years of experience with tools architecture and components communications (Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Pager Duty, etc.)

• Knowledge of Observability tools architecture such as Splunk, AppD, Dynatrace, etc.

• High School Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
