As an Infant-Toddler Teacher, You Will:

• Create a safe, loving, and engaging environment that supports infants' and toddlers' emotional and developmental needs.
• Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, supporting children's growth through play-based learning experiences.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families through consistent communication and daily updates.
• Partner with your teaching team and center leadership to ensure smooth classroom routines, curriculum delivery, and positive interactions.
• Support children's milestones in language, motor, and social-emotional development with patience and enthusiasm.

Do You:

• Have a genuine passion for nurturing and educating young children?
• Have at least six months of experience working with infants or toddlers in a professional setting (required)?
• Hold a high school diploma or GED (required); ECE coursework or degree (preferred)?
