Trillium has an immediate opening for an Industrial Sales Manager in the Las Vegas/Henderson area!

If you love sales and building a new book of business, then this Direct-Hire opportunity could be just what you seek! This internationally renowned company is looking for an Industrial Sales Manager with a "Hunter Mentality"! This role would oversee a territory covering Las Vegas, Henderson, and the surrounding metro area.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and grow your territory
• Position reports directly to the Branch Manager (remotely)
• Meet and exceed your Branch Manager's expectations
• Frequent travel within the Las Vegas/Henderson territory for sales meetings and prospecting
• Periodic meetings at the Los Angeles branch office (a few weeklong trips for training shortly after hire, and then sales meetings 1-2 times per year after that)

Compensation:

• $60-75,000 base salary + commission + bonus
• Commission averages $25-35,000 the first year
• Guaranteed commission is negotiable for the first 6 months
• Quarterly bonus potential of $2,500 plus additional bonus opportunities throughout the year
• Total annual compensation averages $95-120,000 in the first year

Qualifications:

• Sales experience with industrial or mechanical products (capital equipment is a plus but not required)
• Experience with prospecting and building new business
