What's needed:

• 5+ years of experience managing industrial or light industrial construction projects
• Proven ability to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination skills
• Excellent communication and client management abilities
• Must be local to Dallas or open to relocation
