Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Pay: Competitive Based on experience

Job Summary

We are urgently hiring a skilled Industrial Painter to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical to maintaining equipment and ensuring high-quality paint finishes using advanced techniques and tools. If you have experience with HVLP gravity guns, two-component systems, and forklift operation we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate technical painting equipment
• Apply paint using HVLP gravity guns and proportioning systems
• Mix paints and colors accurately
• Operate forklifts to stage materials
• Follow OSHA and HazMat safety protocols
• Use viscosity cups and thickness gauges for quality control
• Perform touch-ups and small-item painting
• Remove old paint using mechanical methods
• Keep the work area clean and safe

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with industrial painting and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to work independently
• Physical strength and dexterity
• Troubleshooting skills for paint defects
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in painting or body work
• Trade school certification (e.g., Master Collision Repair & Refinishing Technician)
• Experience painting steel castings
• Surface prep and cleaning expertise

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
