Industrial Millwright Engineer

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Industrial Millwright Engineer to join their team. As a Stationary Engineer, you will be part of the Sulfonation Department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

  Operate, control, and regulate boiler operations, troubleshooting boiler and auxiliary problems.

  Conduct preventative maintenance on boilers, cooling towers, and fire sprinkler systems.

  Maintain facility upkeep, including grounds maintenance and HVAC systems.

• n

  Troubleshoot and repair all plant equipment using available resources.

  n
n
• n

  Contribute to operational and organizational improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

  Must possess a current Stationary Engineers License - Class 1 for the City of St. Louis.

  n

• n

  A minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial maintenance or equivalent technical schooling and experience.

• n

  Experience in millwright and/or pipe fitting is preferred.

  n

• n

  Basic capabilities in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding, and machining.

• n

  Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical assembly drawings.
