Industrial Maintenance Technician

Our client, the manufacturing industry is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician , you will be part of the maintenance department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician I

Location: Tempe, AZ

Pay Range: $25 - $32 per hour

Shift: Sunday through Thursday (off Friday and Saturday) or Tuesday through Saturday (off Sunday and Monday),

• 1s shifts: 4:00am-1230pm

• 2nd shift: 1200pm -11:30pm

What's the Job?

• Provide mechanical and electrical support for all plant equipment and systems

• Perform routine repairs, replacements, and adjustments on machinery and components

• Conduct troubleshooting on malfunctioning or out-of-service equipment

• Assist plant operators with equipment troubleshooting and repairs

• Maintain the structural integrity of the facility and ensure safety standards are met

What's Needed?

• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in food manufacturing

• Knowledge of engineering principles related to plant operations

• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and plant drawings

• Proficiency with tools and techniques for mechanical and electrical repairs

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
