Key Responsibilities

Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine and emergency electrical maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure equipment longevity.
Installation: Install new electrical systems and components in compliance with local and national codes.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs and inspections.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other maintenance personnel and departments to ensure seamless operations.
HMI Systems: Maintain and troubleshoot Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems to ensure effective and efficient operation.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Electrician/Technician.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electrical maintenance is preferred.
Skills:
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and other control systems.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
Availability: Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and on-call as needed.
