Are you a Safety Professional with a strong background in manufacturing looking to make a change? Our client, based in the Martinsburg area is looking for your expertise to support their modern, well-designed site to ensure a continued track record of safe operations. In this role, you will:

  Lead health and safety programs, including training, audits, and compliance.

  n
n
• n

  Champion Behavioral-Based Safety (BBS) initiatives and the annual safety campaign.

  n
n
• n

  Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.

  n
n
• n

  Oversee safety reporting, Worker's Compensation, and Fire Protection programs.

  n
n
• n

  Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, and other relevant regulations.

  n
n

Well qualified candidates will bring:

n
• n

  A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.

  n
n
• n

  5+ years of health and safety experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

  n
n
• n

  CSP certification or related certification is highly preferred.

  n
n
• n

  Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  n
n
• n

  Experience successfully implementing and maintaining BBS and safety management systems.

  n
n
