Industrial Electrician - Sign-On Bonus

Shifts Available: 2nd & 3rd
Compensation: $28.75 /hr
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical work in a food processing environment involving various exertional activities.
• Execute automation solutions for plant process control and oversee electrical and instrumentation functions.
• Design and implement control strategies based on the latest best practices.
• Collaborate with the fix/support team to identify improvement areas and provide training for projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong knowledge of PLC/HMI/Controls programming languages.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical or instrumentation systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Must pass an Electrical Aptitude Test.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with Cargill.
• Understanding of continuous and batch process control strategies.
• Experience with PLC and HMI configuration.
• Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance practices.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens systems.
• Knowledge of plant digital business technologies.
