ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER - INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL COATINGS
Our client is a respected Mid-Atlantic contractor based in the Philadelphia area , with over 35 years of proven success in industrial coatings and commercial painting. They are seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join their growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Estimate projects, order materials, and oversee job progress using estimating software
Manage client relationships and drive new business
Conduct site visits and prepare accurate budgets and schedules
Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure successful project completion

QUALIFICATIONS

Background as a Project Engineer or Estimator
Experience in industrial/commercial painting or coatings
Strong time management, communication, and client-facing skills
Familiar with safety standards; certifications in OSHA 10 & 30, ISN, and AMPP preferred
