Compensation: $28.50-$41.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain ammonia refrigeration system and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor daily system performance and perform trend analysis.
• Optimize operations using the Logix system and oversee training for maintenance personnel.
• Write and review operating procedures and compliance documentation.
• Assist in PSM compliance audits and maintain safety protocols.
• Demonstrate expertise in boiler systems and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Collaborate with supervisors to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Compile necessary documentation for work orders and compliance.
• Respond to other assigned duties as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship.
• At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Certification in Anhydrous Ammonia Refrigeration Systems - Operator Level 1.
• 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Strong commitment to safety practices and conditions.
• Willingness to work with Hazmat teams and wear required safety equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in computer systems, especially SAP/PPE.
• Maintenance background in food processing environments.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and wastewater operations.
• Proficient in calibrating and troubleshooting electronic systems.
