Requirements for the Role:

A high school diploma or GED.
A valid LPN license in the state of Illinois.

About the Position:

As an essential member of the healthcare team, your role as an LPN will involve assisting RNs and physicians to ensure patient comfort and facilitate their recovery. Key responsibilities may include:

Charting and documenting medication administration and treatments.
Observing and monitoring patients.
Performing essential procedures including taking and recording vital signs, measuring weight and height, and conducting other diagnostic tests.
Providing reassurance and comfort to patients who may feel anxious.
