Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record for all drivers
• Contractors/Owner Operators must have an active MC Operating Authority and DOT number with the FMCSA (or be willing to obtain)
• Must own, rent, or lease a 26' box truck equipped with a lift gate
• Must possess a personal set of tools
• Previous professional experience as an Appliance Installer or a strong willingness to learn

About the Role:

Hub Group Final Mile is actively seeking an Owner Operator/Independent Service Provider Driving Team for appliance delivery routes, which include basic installation services. The appliances you will handle may include refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and other home essentials.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery accompanied by the installation of appliances
• Selecting and utilizing basic tools for assembling, adjusting, and installing various appliances
• Following complex instructions as outlined in manufacturer specifications to effectively install Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Stoves, and more
• Using appropriate equipment and manpower to maneuver heavy items safely
• Providing a two-person delivery team for efficient service
