Role Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid CNA license in the state of Iowa.

Description of the Role:

As a vital member of the healthcare team, your primary responsibility is to keep patients comfortable and aid in their recovery process. Typical duties include:

• Preparing rooms for new admissions.
• Assisting patients with daily living activities.
• Documenting patients' health issues and vital signs, then reporting to the Nurse on Duty.
• Collaborating with nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of care.
