Work Environment:

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy! The role involves delivering therapy services in the homes of patients, requiring travel within a specific geographic area. You will work closely with patients and their families to foster a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes learning and skill development. On average, therapists work with one to two patients each day, Monday through Friday, with treatment blocks typically from 8 am to 12 pm, 1 pm to 5 pm, or 8 am to 5 pm, allowing for one hour of transition time between patients.

As an At-Home Behavior Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Traveling to Client's Homes: Enjoy visiting various locations and meeting families in their most comfortable surroundings. You must feel comfortable driving to and from patient homes, which can be up to 45 minutes each way.
• Autonomous Working Style: We cherish self-motivated individuals who take ownership of their work. Embrace the freedom to manage your caseload while using your skills to enhance children's abilities and foster their growth.
• Applying the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to assist children with Autism in reaching their full potential .
• Shaping the minds of children in early childhood (ages 18 months to 12 years).
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Collaborating with a team of like-minded professionals devoted to living by ABC's core values.
• Arriving at appointments promptly, fully prepared to focus on your patient during therapy sessions.

What we offer:

Pay rates depend on experience and highest level of education:

• Associates/High School Diploma Track: $15.50 - $23.50
• Bachelor's Degree Track: $16.50 - $25.50
• Master's Degree Track: $17.50 - $27.00

*Entry-level candidates earn their first raise after RBT certification, typically within 45 days.
