We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Framer to join our team. This role involves constructing and assembling wall panels, floor systems, and roof structures using wood and other framing materials. The ideal candidate will interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately and ensure precise layout and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Construct and assemble wall panels, floor systems, and roof structures using wood and other framing materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate layout and execution.
• Install framing components including studs, joists, rafters, and sheathing with precision and efficiency.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and structural requirements.

Essential Skills:

• 3+ years of framing experience in residential or modular construction.
• Strong understanding of framing techniques, materials, and structural principles.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Skilled in using framing tools such as nail guns, saws, levels, and measuring devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $30.00/hr.
