Hybrid Licensed Clinical Counselor

As a Licensed Clinical Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Building strong relationships with patients and coordinating care with external providers.
• Conducting outpatient psychiatric evaluations and managing ongoing medication needs.
• Contributing to the training of graduate students in our program.
• Assessing patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Delivering treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions using evidence-based methodologies including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.
• Monitoring patient responses to treatment and adjusting care as needed.
• Representing the practice in community presentations and educational events.
• Maintaining up-to-date electronic medical records and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• An active, unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC license in your state.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience after your Master’s degree.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Proficient in professional communication and medical documentation, including systems like Excel, Outlook, and Athena RMS.
• A proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
