HVAC Supervisor

T1 Infra - HVAC Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to provide supervisory support for HVAC work, including inspecting, punch clearing, equipment startup, and overseeing HVAC duties such as piping, instrumentation, calibration, mechanical work, and refrigeration systems at our site in Taylor, TX.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage up to 12 qualified HVAC technicians.
• Oversee one document control specialist and one on-site safety representative.
• Ensure all HVAC work, including piping, instrumentation, and mechanical tasks, are completed efficiently.
• Inspect and clear punch lists, ensuring all systems are operational.
• Coordinate EQ startup and manage refrigeration system tasks.

Essential Skills

• Strong electrical and construction skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial systems.
• Experience in installation and supervisory roles.
• 5-10+ years of experience supervising multi-million dollar programs.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous positive experience in similar roles is a plus.
• Experience working at heights, in confined spaces, and with DX refrigeration systems.
• Contractors must provide their own tools and personal protective equipment.

Work Environment

The role is based in a large warehouse with in-warehouse transportation provided. You will be on your feet for most of the day, working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract position based out of Austin, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $50.00/hr.
