What They’re Looking For:

Trade school education
1+ years in commercial, residential, or industrial HVAC service (installations, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs)
Solid understanding of electrical systems and boiler operations
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Willingness to learn-paid training provided!
