HVAC Installer

We are seeking skilled candidates to join our team as HVAC Installers for commercial projects. The role involves fabricating and installing HVAC on-site, working closely with journeyman level partners. This position does not require any certifications or medical monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC components for commercial projects.
• Use hand tools to fabricate ductwork on site.
• Collaborate with journeyman level partners to ensure successful installation.

Essential Skills

• At least one year of experience as an installer of HVAC systems.
• Experience with cooling systems, generators, and project coordination.
• Ability to work with both commercial and residential HVAC systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Candidates with service experience will be considered.
• Preference for candidates with commercial experience.

Work Environment

Work within a large, non-union HVAC contractor that has expanded significantly since 2015. The company also includes electrical and low voltage divisions. Safety is a priority, requiring a hard hat, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes. The company prides itself on taking on projects only when adequately staffed, ensuring a balanced and effective work environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
