As a Human Resources Partner, you will play a key role in shaping our workforce by being the primary HR contact for recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations specifically for our Merchandising, Purchasing, and Real Estate teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for senior roles in Merchandising, Purchasing, and Real Estate.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and define the qualities that lead to success in each position.

• Propose innovative recruiting and organizational strategies to aid our expanding business.

• Work alongside business leaders to identify and promote employee development initiatives.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• 10+ years of HR or recruiting experience, with significant business experience outside of HR preferred.

• Strong analytical, conceptual, and decision-making abilities.
