Position Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data to uncover trends and communicate insights on workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention and other staffing areas.
• Create clear, concise and compelling reports and memos to share findings with stakeholders.
• Build and enhance tools using Excel, Access and PowerBI to streamline HR operations and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR partners and business teams to support data-driven staffing plans.
• Monitor HR system transactions for accuracy and recommend process improvements.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in an analyst role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including PowerQuery, PowerPivot and Advanced Formulas. Understanding of relational databases a plus.
• Excellent communication and time management with careful attention to detail.
