Position Summary: As an HR Business Partner, you will be crucial in driving organizational performance by collaborating with business leaders on people strategies that align with our business objectives. This role involves providing HR expertise in building organizational capabilities to meet current and future business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner strategically with business groups, delivering HR support to meet organizational objectives.
• Cultivate strong relationships with leaders and employees for effective HR guidance.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a positive workplace environment.
• Conduct thorough investigations related to employee concerns and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Develop talent management strategies, including succession planning and leadership development.
• Implement best practices in performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Collaborate with other HR team members to deliver comprehensive HR services.
• Participate in operational meetings to align HR strategies with business goals.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years in HR generalist roles with experience advising leaders effectively.
• A degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Additional Information:

Position requires occasional overnight travel. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary.
