What You Will Do:

The Human Capital Business Partner Lead serves as a strategic partner to Practice Leaders and Partners on workforce management and support. You will collaborate with leadership to align workforce strategies with business objectives, providing HR insights to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Your responsibilities include employee relations, policy interpretation, compliance, coaching, training, engagement, retention, and HR metrics analysis. You will partner with Talent Acquisition and act as a change agent to support organizational evolution.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
Six+ years of relevant experience
Experience in a large technical or consulting firm
Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical skills
Knowledge of employment law and HR policies
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in HR data analysis and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

Workday experience
Federal contracting experience
SHRM certifications
Global workforce experience

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $113,000 - $188,000. Includes comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, bonuses, and development opportunities.
