What You Will Do:

1. Conduct Needs/Requirements Analysis
2. Assess Existing HR Technology Landscape
3. Develop System Requirements Documentation
4. Perform Alternatives Analysis for HRIS Solutions

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor of Science degree
• Minimum of FIVE (5) years working experience in HRIS platforms.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, SAP, or Infor.
• Ability to elicit, document, and validate functional and technical requirements.
• Understanding of how HR systems align with broader IT infrastructure and EA frameworks.
• Experience evaluating HR data integrity, reporting structures, and system interoperability.
• Ability to Obtain a Public Trust

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• HRIP Certification
• Familiarity with federal cybersecurity standards, ATO processes, and data governance.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
