Human Resources Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. As a HR Coordinator, you will be part of the HR department supporting employee engagement, recruitment, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Kennesaw, GA

What's the Job?

• Perform accurate and timely data entry into HR systems
• Generate and distribute HR and operations reports as needed
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal events
• Partner with leadership to support departmental HR needs and initiatives
• Provide support in recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews and screening candidates

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in Human Resources or administrative support preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
