Our client, a leading provider of technology support services, is seeking a HP PC/Printer field Break Fix Technician to join their team. As a HP PC/Printer field Break Fix Technician, you will be part of the technical support department supporting customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Provide hardware support and repair for HP PC products including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations.
• Perform on-site configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network components.
• Manage critical service events, ensuring timely resolution to meet customer expectations.
• Educate customers about technology solutions and best practices during service visits.
• Collaborate with escalation teams and technical personnel to resolve complex issues efficiently.

What's Needed?

• Technical or mechanical hardware repair experience with PC and printer products.
• Onsite customer-facing experience in a technical support role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hardware technology training or college education preferred.
• Availability for scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including non-traditional workdays and holidays.
