Houseperson - Outdoor/Grounds | Epic Central

Responsibilities:

Make rounds throughout each shift to ensure public areas/parking lot/parking garages/flowerbeds are clean and tidy, taking care to remove or replace anything out of order.

Coordinate and help housekeeping with heavy lifting and priority requests.

*Coordinate and/or oversee contract cleaning (pressure washing) of areas.

* Work as parking attendant as needed, directing guests to appropriate parking areas

Use your watchfulness to report missing or found articles and any sign of damage or needed repair.

Be graciously attentive to guests, answering questions and getting additional help when it's needed.

Monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance which may include landscaping work, garbage removal, and/or sweeping. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects). Cleans/maintains grills and grilling areas. Removes trash from hotel and parking garage grounds. Reports any safety or Engineering issues on the grounds. Guest Experience and Company Standards Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals.
