Mission of the Role

Responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas.

Essential Responsibilities

• Inspect cleaned rooms to ensure they meet established standards.
• Identify and report maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with the housekeeping staff for any necessary cleaning projects or repairs.
• Support the department by training new housekeeping employees, monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness protocols.
• Ability to interact with guests in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner. Report any guest complaints immediately.
• Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications

Able to lift and move items weighing up to 30 pounds. Must be able to bend, twist, lift and stand for the shift worked. Attention to detail.

Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $17.00/Hr. - $18.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
