This is a part-time, hourly position. Oversee all aspects of your shift. Haven't managed people before? Great, we will show you how to lead. Haven't made pizzas before? Great we'll teach you how to make an awesome pizza. You may be asked to help at other locations near to your chosen location.

This position is 3-5 days per week and some weekends. You choose day or nights!

Each day shift starts at 9am and ends between 4-7pm.

Each night shift starts between 3-5pm and ends an hour after close, around 1am.

You are accountable for everything that happens within your shift. Whether People, Operations, Sales, or Profits. This includes ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team. You will lead by example because your team will follow every example you give. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Qualifications

General job duties for all store team members include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing associated paperwork, and cleaning equipment and facility approximately daily.

Training includes orientation and training provided on the job.

Communication skills include the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, and to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Essential functions/skills include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator), make correct monetary change, verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders, and motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work conditions include exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas, sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside, fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk-in cooler, hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing includes talking and hearing on telephone, near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks, depth perception, and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing.

Great positive attitude, high energy, prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience managing people, 18+ years of age, good driving record, ability to use Outlook / Email services, high school diploma or equivalent, good background check, eligible to work in the USA, currently residing near store location.
