Job Summary

Be the face that starts it all! As a Host/Hostess, you will welcome every guest with warmth and ensure they are set up for a memorable dining experience. You will manage reservations, coordinate seating, and maintain a seamless front-of-house flow.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a host/hostess or customer service role
Familiarity with reservation systems and seating software
Ability to stand for long periods and manage high guest volumes
Food Handler Certificate (where applicable)

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
Manage reservation schedules and walk-in traffic
Communicate seating flow with servers and managers
Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries courteously
Follow responsible alcohol and service policies
