- Permanent job opening
- Experienced physicians 1+ year only
- The team comprises 30 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers (APPs), including a dedicated nocturnal team.
- Clinicians bring diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds who lean on and learn from each other in their approach to patient care.
- Team-oriented approach with other hospital department leaders and managers who are eager to offer help to assist
- Value providers who are team players and are comfortable leading a treatment team for each patient.
- Established tertiary care hospital that receives transfers from all surrounding counties and across state lines.
- Day and swing admitters, as well as dedicated nocturnists.
- There is a resident-led MET/RRT team, and hospital medicine does not respond to codes.
- The hospital has a closed ICU with a separate intensivist group.
- Procedures not required; however, we are welcome to maintain privileges.
- We're looking for board-certified/eligible internal medicine and family medicine candidates.
- EMR is Epic, and access to internal informatics platform
- Compensation ranges from $1625 (day) to $1850 (night) per shift and $400 moonlighting for extra shifts above the threshold. Quality and productivity incentives offered.
