TeamHealth has a full-time, day shift hospitalist opening at St. David's South Austin Medical Center in Austin, Texas. This facility has a 368-bed capacity with full specialty support and is staffed with 9 daytime physicians, 2 APCs during the day, and 2 nocturnist physicians plus 1 APC at night.

The average daily census per daytime provider is 22 patients; the daytime admitter will see 15-16 admissions on average, and nocturnist shift averages 16-18 admits at night. The schedule is 7-on, 7-off, and procedures are not required. South Austin Medical Center features a nationally recognized cardiac program, a level 2 trauma ED, full pulmonary/critical care support, and an open ICU. The EMR system used across all programs is Meditech.
