Qualifications:

• A genuine commitment to serving patients and families with care.
• Education: Master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution recognized by the Council of Social Work Education.
• Licensure: Current state license as a social worker.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of clinical work experience, preferably in healthcare or hospice settings.
• Requirements: Reliable transportation, and the ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 pounds.
