Qualifications:

• A true passion for serving patients and families
• Education: Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited school approved by the Council of Social Work Education
• Licensure: Current state social worker license
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in clinical work, ideally in healthcare or hospice settings
• Requirements: Reliable transportation and the physical ability to perform duties, including sitting, standing, bending, moving intermittently, and lifting at least 25 lbs.
