The Tankless Guys Plumbing Corp is seeking a high-performing Home Plumbing Sales Technician to conduct in-home consultations and close premium plumbing solutions in the South Bay / San Jose & surrounding areas. This role is ideal for seasoned residential plumbing professionals with a passion for service and sales. You\'ll be the trusted expert who evaluates, educates, and delivers high-value solutions to homeowners—from tankless water heater installs to full-scale repipes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-home plumbing consultations and identify customer needs
• Present tailored, high-value plumbing solutions with confidence
• Close residential plumbing projects including repipes, tankless installs, and trenchless underground replacements
• Serve as the face of the company, providing exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with internal install teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Educate homeowners on the advantages of Navien systems and energy-efficient upgrades

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in residential plumbing sales and installations
• Proven success with commission-based, in-home plumbing sales
• Deep technical knowledge of tankless systems; Navien certification highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage sales appointments
• Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record
