Qualifications for Success:

• Associate degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• At least one year of experience in an acute care or rehabilitative environment is preferred; prior home health experience is a plus.
• A valid and good standing license/registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant issued by the state is a must.
• Current driver's license and the ability to spend 20% of your workday driving to patient sites
• A strong commitment to timely charting and documentation
• Effective time management and schedule organization skills
• Proficiency using tablets, mobile phones, and electronic medical record (EMR) software
