Salary Range: $89,990 - $109,990 annually

Qualifications to Excel as a Home Health Physical Therapist:

• A minimum of nine months of experience as a physical therapist
• Community or home health experience is preferred

Essential Certifications and Licenses:

• Master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE accredited program
• Current state license to practice as a physical therapist and compliance with professional standards
• Valid CPR certification maintained throughout employment
• A valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations
