Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate in-home support, assisting clients with personal care, mobility, and daily routines.
• Help clients maintain a sanitary environment, prep meals, and provide medication reminders.
• Build relationships with clients to enrich their daily lives.
• Observe and report changes in client health or behavior to the office for ongoing care coordination.
• Communicate with the office regularly to ensure client needs are fully met.

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or verified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• CPR certificate.
• Completion of Florida's required trainings: HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer's and Related Dementias, and Assistance with Self Administration of Meds.
• Dependable transportation for travel to client residences
• Compassion, patience, and reliability, with a dedication to client well-being
• Ability to work in various home environments, including those with pets (pet-friendly is a plus but not required)
