Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA was founded on the principle that healthcare gets better when people get better care at home - the place where they feel best.

We are currently recruiting for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) for a full-time position to reliably serve patients in territories throughout Camden county. As a HHA you will be doing home health visits (not shift work) and will see 4-6 patients per day.

What you'll do:

As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll use your clinical skills and compassionate heart to treat patients where they want to be the most - in the comfort of their own home. As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA HHA your responsibilities will include:

  Activities of daily living

  n
n
• n

  Light housekeeping

  n
n
• n

  Bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care

  n
n
• n

  Range of motion / exercises

  n
n
• n

  Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices

  n
n
• n

  Oral feeding

  n
n
• n

  Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration

  n
n
• n

  Assisting with ambulation

  n
n
• n

  Medication assistance

  n
n

What you should have:

n
• n

  Have at least one year of work experience as a CNA/HHA

  n
n
• n

  Have successfully completed a recognized Home Health Aide training course and be certified to work as a Home Health Aide

  n
n
• n

  Meet all state requirements

  n
n
• n

Additional Information:

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:

$22.00 - $28.00 per point

$2,500 sign on bonus for full-time employees
