LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company in Kansas City, MO who is seeking cheerful & customer-focused individuals to join their team to make this holiday season magical for customers. If you love festive vibes, fast-paced environments, and making people smile, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
• Operate ticket booths and manage guest check-in
• Monitor and support ride operations (training provided)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the venue
• Answer guest questions and provide directions or support
• Collaborate with team members and event leads to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Availability for scheduled shifts including evenings and weekends
• Prior experience in customer service, events, or hospitality
• A positive attitude and team spirit
• Ability to stay calm and helpful in busy or slow moments

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
