Lee Health is hiring passionate, skilled professionals to join our Histology team at Gulf Coast Medical Center in Fort Myers, Fl.Were currently looking for a Histology Technologist with Immunohistochemistry experience to join our night shift team and were offering up to $15,000 in hiring incentives for eligible candidates!

**Up to 15K sign on incentives for eligible candidates.Night shift: $6 hour shift differential**

What Youll Do:

• Perform IHC testing using the Leica Bond III

• Operate and maintain the Leica Peloris Processor and DAKO Artisan Link Pro

• Validate reagents, controls, and results

• Ensure high-quality, accurate slide prep

• Meet turnaround and quality targets in a busy lab

What Youll Need:

• 4+ years of experience as a certified Histotechnician/Histotechnologist (preferred)

• Strong IHC background (preferred)

• Completion of an accredited histology program

• Florida Histology Technologist License (required)

• Meets CLIA and CAP standards for gross exam qualifications

Additional Requirements

Two to four years of formal education or training beyond high school and associate degree, bachelor degree, or certificate in laboratory science from an accredited institution. Experience may be substituted for education as described by State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Personnel Statutes. Education/ training qualifications to perform non-physician gross examinations as described in the College of American Pathologists (CAP) Anatomic Pathology Checklist requirement ANP.11610 and CLIA regulations required.
