Position Summary

Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring Instructional Aides to support classrooms across Bellflower Unified School District. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education and student success. You'll work closely with teachers and staff to provide academic and behavioral support in a dynamic K12 environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with instructional delivery and classroom activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
• Support students with special needs or IEPs as directed
• Supervise students during non-instructional periods (e.g., lunch, recess)
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
• Collaborate with school staff to enhance student learning

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children preferred
• Must pass background check and TB test
• Amergis live scan, CUSD specific live scan required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
